Best Ever Pumpkin Bread
This quick and easy pumpkin bread is so moist, flavorful, and delicious!
- 1 15 ounce can pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups (402 grams) granulated white sugar
- 3 1/2 cups (448 g) all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
Preaheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 8.5x3.5 inch loaf pan. Prepare 12 muffin tins as well.
In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, applesauce, oil, water and sugar until well blended. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and pumpkin pie spice. Mix with a hand mixer the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just blended. Pour into the prepared pan and muffin tins.
Bake for loaf about 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Bread is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Next bake the 12 muffins for about 20 minutes.
