Eshakti Custom Clothing
As a petite 5’2″ woman, it is often difficult for me to find clothing straight off the rack that fits me well. Too often I end up going to the tailor to have alterations done. More often than not, I just choose clothing that comes in petite sizes. So I was excited when Eshakti, an online clothing company specializing in custom fit clothing, offered the chance to custom order one of their newest pieces. Stripes are always a favorite of mine, so upon seeing this jersey knit box pleat skirt I knew I wanted it. I was able to order this skirt made perfectly for my measurements, both in the waist and the length. Eshakti not only offers skirts and dresses, but they also carry tops, jackets, pants and jeans. New customers can get $30 off their first order, with free customization too!
This skirt thoroughly impresses me! First of all, shipping was prompt. Shipping was from India, but I received the skirt within three days of ordering it. Additionally, the skirt is very well made, and fit me perfectly with no alterations as it was custom made just for me. The jersey knit material is soft and does not wrinkle. It comes with pockets, which I thought was a nice detail not often seen in A-line skirts. Most of all, I love how the skirt can twirl too!
To complete the outfit I decided to pair it with a simple navy merino crew sweater from Banana Republic (previously worn in this post) and a yellow lace scarf I found on Etsy. It was college pride day at work that day, and since I live in Ann Arbor, home of the Michigan Wolverines, I thought it would be a nice way to support the college (even though I am actually an Ohio State Buckeye fan!). I wore my Cole Haan Bethany heels in navy along with my GiGi New York Jenni Saddle Bag in Navy (which I absolutely love!).
Thanks for looking!
