Gibson Monterosso Camisole

I don’t know about you, but I am savoring every last bit of summer that I can. Fortunately, I’m on vacation this week so I am taking the time to do some last minute activities with the kids and doing some much needed housecleaning. The weather is still warm here, so I am wearing all of my favorite summer outfits while I still can! This Gibson Monterosso camisole is one of my favorite purchases of the summer. As soon as I saw it I noticed the classic navy color and the cute polkadot print. And what really sold me on this top is the lovely tie detail at the waist. And right now this top is on sale for under $33 dollars!

If navy and polka dots isn’t quite your style, this top also comes in three other colors/prints. I really like the palm print and the red pink dot print. The Gibson brand, available at Nordstrom, has really appealed to me ever since it became available because the styles are still classic and the prices are affordable. This comfy fleece cardigan would be perfect for fall and you can wear it so many different ways! This Anna Maria twist sleeve tee also comes in five colors and is one of those classic staple pieces you will where over and over again. This slim stripe faux wrap top would be so easy to dress up with some black leggings or dress down with a pair of jeans. Finally, I love this poplin cuff sweatshirt with the adorable gingham  detail at the sleeves.

Nordstrom Summer Markdowns

Even though the Nordstrom anniversary sale has been over, there are so many great markdowns that you can still find at Nordstrom. From designer bags, yo clothing, to shoes and makeup there are so many great finds! There are several really nice Kate Spade bags that will look nice throughout the seasons. I especially love this Chanel-inspired quilted leather handbag. This classic pink leather cross body bag would be great for spring and summer and I could see it be worn with a fall or winter outfit that has a touch of pink in it. And  this bag is under $175! This Reformation gingham off the shoulder dress would be great for and end of summer party. There are several nice shoes that are part of the sale. I particularly like these Adidas sneakers and these cap toe flats. This MAC eyeshadow palette has so many pretty colors and it is a steal at under $20! There are several great designer finds that are a part of the sale as well. Burberry coat rarely go on sale but this Ashurt is such a classic coat that will be in style for years. See how I styled in this post. These Veronica Beard skinny crop jeans are pretty friendly and would be perfect for fall. Finally, you rarely see Self Portrait dresses on sale and this Azalea lace fit and flare dress is absolutely stunning!

Express Cutoff Distressed Denim Shorts

These white distressed cut off shorts are the ones I wear the most frequently in the summer! I bought them last year and they still sell them to this day. These shorts are under $50 and when you buy them you can get any other item for $19.90. I particularly like Express jeans because they are well-made and they come in petite sizes. I really like these high wasted straight leg jeans as well as these high-waisted raw hem skinny jeans. As for other favorites from express, I really like this gingham cami dress, this elegant fit and flare minidress, and this twist front V-neck sweater.
